Cancellation Policy
Fees are charged on a term‑by‑term basis. The exception is school holiday classes. Due to limited places and planning, make‑up classes or rescheduling are generally not offered if your child misses a session. If a class is cancelled by us due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a make‑up session or credit will be provided.
